I have used AC Travel on a few occasions, they have always provided us with an excellent service, we received great communication from my initial enquiry and all the way through my booking. The bus has never failed to turn up on time and the we found the driver to be very friendly and helpful and the buses are very clean and modern and I would highly recommend them.

AC Travel provided us with a top class service again (second time we've used them to do airport transfers for a large group golf holiday outing). They provided a polite and friendly booking service all confirmed by email and provided driver information in advance as well as clear instructions about how to get airport controller to release the minibus into the pickup area upon arrival. Both drivers were polite, helpful and arrived ahead of time on both outward and return leg. Finally, the minibus was more of an executive coach which was also very nice! We will definitely use them again - Thank you!

I have made a recent booking through AC travel and have been very grateful for their help and support. I have made a lot of changes to my booking and they have been helpful in accommodating these changes. I would definitely recommend this company and will be using them again.

Booked for a return trip form Gatwick airport. On the return trip, we waited at departures for the driver. After 20 odd minutes of waiting, we tried to call the main office number to find out where the driver was (40+ calls were made by three separate people) and all we kept getting was a non personalised voicemail. After an hour of no contact and no driver, we had to resort to catching the train home as we couldn't wait any longer. We finally got a phone call from the driver while on the train asking where we were!!! Head office finally called us back and said they don't do meet and greet and first of all said they told us in an email then changed their mind and said they told us over the phone. What kind of a private taxi firm does not do meet and greet from a major airport?!?!?! Not impressed with their service or their attitude towards the customer and now we have the additional expense of trains and taxis on top of the fee we paid to use AC Travel for a service we never got.
