When you have been praying and asking God to send you to a church that will not only preach the Word of God but will also emulate the love and compassion Jesus had for the people he encountered, I never thought he would have exceeded my expectations. I have been a member of Good Word Ministries for six years and the love and support my family have been shown through out the years and also the growth in my spiritual relationship with the Lord is phenomenal. I’m looking forward to many more years fellowshipping and growing deeper in the knowledge of Christ and his love for us.

Good Word Ministries is a great church full of friendly people coming together to worship God and learn from His word. The Pastors are caring and supportive, knowledgeable in the word of God and led by the Holy Spirit. If you are looking for a church in Durham where you can worship God in a loving and caring environment, where you can grow spiritually and learn then Good Word Ministries is the place to be.

Family church with excellent pastoral care and Love for one another.
You never go to church here and go home the same because God’s presence is strong in GWM
