The staff are helpful but a bit slow at times. I've been recommended to Goldsmith's and they are definitely good.

I was bought a tissot watch for Xmas and went in to get the strap made smaller. The woman wasn't very helpful and when we returned after 2 hours the watch had not been altered. Other customers were being invited to take a seat and offered coffee, which I wasn't offered, neither was my name taken for my return to collect the watch. Disappointing experience, uninterested and unattentive....... The lady who did alter the watch was however friendly and helpful

Very very disappointed because it was advertised as open 10.30-4.30 so took my wife up town to buy her a surprise valentines present to get there and find out you were closed! The surprise was totally ruined as my wife had no idea of where we going and what shop we were going too! So it's totally ruined it as she now has an idea of the gift I was going to buy!
