As a tourist, I really loved to eat there. My daughter took the burger with chicken and she love it I recommand this place when you want eat shortly !

EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! I ordered 5 steak burgers in shop for me and my family today. When we got home I briefly looked at the side of the burger there was a piece of lettuce hanging out and to my horror I saw a small black bug. I was so disgusted I opened it up to see if there were anymore and saw up to 7 black bugs in one burger. I told my whole family to stop eating and check their burgers and they found loads of bugs in there's too. We threw 3 of them in the bin out of revolt. I phoned them to complain and they said "you know sometimes this can happen" I honestly think their high hygiene rating is just a facade. They said bring the burgers into the shop, I was only able to only bring in 2 as we threw away 3. I spoke to them nicely and told them I'm not going to be angry because mistakes happen and I'm not going to act like a Karen who is entitled. But oh boy was I in for a suprise, I asked to get a replacement for all 5 but they could only do 2 as I had brought in 2, they said if I brought in 5 they would have given a replacement for all 5. Fair play, I mean I understood why they would only give me 2 replacements. The old man employee was so rude and had major attitude problems. He kept glaring and giving me death stares, acting like he was the ultimate victim. Anyways guys if you do eat make sure to check thoroughly for bugs especially in the lettuce where most of them were.

Used to be a good place with resent owners, since Hussain & others left its gone down in my opinion, a few times now they leave you hanging on the phone like they don't care, waited nine minutes yesterday so I put the phone down.. They forget parts of your order, no more for me.. I've spent lots of money there but they don't appreciate you, so no more, try elsewhere

I would rate this a minus if that was an option. I can't believe I found bugs in my steak burger. I'm sitting here feeling sick to my stomach knowing that I might've swallowed bugs that were in my burger. I feel so disgusting, this place is disgusting, the service is disgusting. I'm so vexed. Be careful when buying at this shop.

Customer service over the phone was ok and the delivery arrived at the time stated by the place, however the portion sizes are very small. We ordered a large doner and chips and a single fillet burger, and in turn received fries and what looked more like a regular size of doner, which wasn't enough for our family. The chips came in the burger box so we assumed that maybe they thought we ordered a burger meal as an extra can was sent in too, but we did clearly state that we wanted to order doner and chips, with a separate single burger. The food was also cold despite the fact that we only live a few minutes away. A little disappointed.

I feel like vomitting, I found tiny little black bugs in the steak burger about 5-6 ,I think the bugs were from the lettuce, no wonder I had a stomachache the other previous time I ordered it. Definitely don't recommend unless you want diahorrea and stomachache.

WARNING: I found black bugs, they looked baby flies in the burgers. I'm ashamed to be a regular customer here, never coming back. The old man employee I think he's the manager is ignorant as hell too. This place is absolute shambles and needs to make beneficial changes instead of food poisoning their customers.

Ordered 3 items on Uber Eats and once they had dropped off the food, I realised they had not given me one of the orders correctly. I had ordered a Sizzler Boneless Loaded Box Meal which meant I should have had 3 spicy wings and 3 strips including a side which I had chosen beans. The burger was wrong I believe it was tikka, there were no wings just bites and no side order. Thought it wouldn’t be an issue so I rang them up and instead the delivery driver who had dropped the order off ‘Mohammed Moheeb’ answered the phone and 1 was incredibly rude, no sort of customer service awareness and 2 had the audacity to try and fob me off saying I was incorrect and had order the wrong box meal however I had the receipt in front of me. He was lying through his teeth which was very patronising. Very displeased as Chicks did not sort out the wrong order.
