Absolutely shameful service. Never been so dissappointed by food service in my life. Ordered a bunch of food plus ok sauce ribs.... and received just ok sauce..... rang up to ask for a replacement and then got a call back off them being told that they didnt mess the order up at all. Why would i order ok sauce on its own. Got called a liar and received extreme attitude. Order from here if you would like a side of nastiness and greif with your food if you even receive the right order that is! Not to mention being called a liar. Will not be ordering from here again.

Awful experience again!! three times we have tried to order from this takeaway and each time there is a problem! Couldnt find address but never tried to ring, too busy so cancelled order after waiting for over an hour!! then waited an hour and a half for delivery tonight then rang to see where order was, the owner stated that if I wanted the order I had to pay another £1.50 as justeat only pay them £1.50 towards the £3.00 delivery charge! Told owner I would leave bad review, he said he didn’t care as he hadn’t even made my order and put the phone down, give this takeaway a wide berth!!! Absolutely terrible!

Order cancelled. We ordered at 6pm, by 7.45 nothing had arrived. Called restaurant to find out the whereabouts of our food and were informed it would be with us shortly. Called back 10 minutes later (now nearing 2 hours since ordering) when nothing had arrived and was informed the order was packed but hadn't yet left the restaurant. We would have appreciated being informed earlier on that there would have been a delay. There was no offer of a discount, refund or vouchers and rude customer service over the phone as we were then hung up on. Order cancelled. Won't be returning in future.

Most Chinese takeaways when ordering Aromatic Duck give you Duck on a bone but these guys actually took their time to shred the meat and give a nice portion. The special chowmein is good. Pineapple Fritters are tasty. They're quite a good takeaway.
