Have been using this place for many years and has generally been very good. Had a takeaway a month ago and it was awful. Phone up and complained and the meal was collected and a refund given. 
However, we  tried to give them another chance as we thought it was a one off occurance and tried to place an order but was met with a very rude and unsympathetic lady who basically accused us of lying and said that if the food was again substandard we would not get another refund. 
We immediately cancelled the order and will never use this place again. 
NO COMPROMISE - NO ORDER!!!

This is, by far, our favourite Chinese takeaway. It can be difficult to order by phone at busy times, which demonstrates how popular it is. However, the service is quick, so it's often easier to just go there, order and wait

Only cash don’t use tax doggers plus  not good value at all  .dont even put heating on in winter greedy people don’t use

Really lovely food,staff always friendly ..... The only Chinese we use,the best in Bedford in our opinion  .... highly recommend it to anyone! 😊
