Have some great staff there but then again have some staff with customers service skill that are better suited in the warehouse or not speaking to customers. I asked about a item that was not in stock, asked if Harlow had it and was told we don't have a way of checking, so then I asked if they could phone them to which he replied yes. Then there was a silent for a few seconds to which he asked would I like him to phone them. I gave up at this point and left the store. Might be easier for me to phone Harlow branch.
Poor. Placed an order through "click and collect". Order was not ready within the hour. Items listed as being in stock weren't.... causing further issues as these had been part of a 3-for-2 offer. Alternatives not an option as some shelves/racks were empty. Have rated with 1 extra star as the staff did seem willing to help.
Superb! Brilliant customer support on the telephone the evening before David, in store product knowledge on the day wonderful Sam combined with ludicrous discount bargains- saved £600+. Visit. You will not be disappointed.
I went there today I found staff to be very professional and helpful. I had friendly chat with a gentleman who provided me with very good advice and information that I did require. All in all very good experience as all go outdoor stores tent to keep the customer service on a good standard. I probably won't be coming back and I can recommend it to anyone.
Very unhappy with the customer service i received from here at the weekend. It seems the manager in charge that day Lina didn’t know that customers are entitled to return goods for a refund if they change their mind. I had to show her Go Outdoors return policy and fight for a refund while getting looked at like a was a complete nuisance. She was very rude and has really put me of returning here ever again! The two young ladies on the tills were lovely however and I did.. after half an hour get a refund.
The staff were friendly and very helpful, offered advice on discounts and were more than happy to assist. The store also offers items for those on a budget and also for those who prefer high end reliable brands used for hiking. The store is packed full of all the items you will need for camping and cycling, a one stop shop.
At the moment it's currently been two since my quad had been delivered missing bits year they have sent me out some pieces the wrong one so I'm currently still waiting 2 weeks later when it was ment to be 2448hours it's disgusting the fact my children can't play with it nothing to it cost me £300 so tbh expected a bit more then send a text saying ask Jordan for extra bits no delivery cost but Jordan had nothing and said he never does

Nice shop, lots of stock and good availability although it appears its is only go outdoors as long as you don't want to swim! No swimming gear in this branch. Staff were very friendly and also apologetic when they could help me with what I was looking for
Large store but rip off prices, charges you extra unless you sign up to a membership card you have to pay for, a pair of shoes my wife wanted was £115 with the card or £105 without, looked on Amazon and found them for £75 and I know that is an online store but a difference of £40? No thank you, avoid this store at all costs unless you like to be ripped off
