Really helpful the only thing is if one item is on sale they are in multiple palaces so if you can't find your size in one place dont stop looking it will be in another plus they let dogs in
Great and very helpful staff , especially the girl on the till and her female supervisor, took back a damaged fishing rod set and they sorted it out brilliantly, Thanks Mark
Absolute shambles ! Done click and collect on a jacket and received my confirmation followed my an email & txt message the next morning to say my order was ready to collect. Drove 40 minutes to the store to be told they didn’t have the jacket in stock ! Was blamed on a poor system & because I had added a membership to my order the order wouldn’t be cancelled. Why would somebody not make contact to say the jacket wasn’t in stock !!!!nnShambolic and a complete waste of my time !
Love this place. Loads of goodies. Staff always keen to help too.
Large store with a great range of outdoor equipment and clothing. The staff are always friendly and happy to help, the prices are good and they are dog friendly. What more could you want? The only slight let down is their temperamental computer system which has a habit of messing up my orders but it always gets sorted out without causing too much disruption to my day.
