Never had such a bad experience in my life. Tried to upgrade my phone as out of contract. Offered a new phone and contract etc. But so many issues. So many probelms. This never happened at all. Store shabby. Equipment for the staff old and never works. Please dont waste your time or your money :(

Very unhappy with the service provided. My father went into the shop as his phone wasn't charging and left having been talked into signing a contract which waives rights to a cooling off period (he didn't understand this terminology). The exact same contract in terms of data etc was available after a quick internet search Direct from 3 for £10 less a month and with a free handset. Despite this, they asked for an additional £100 up front. When I went in with him the next day to address this, they said they saw my point about poor value for money and offered a tablet in addition to the phone. We accepted as he could not cancel under the usual cooling off period. After this, when he went to pick up the new phone, they asked him to come back several times over several days as it wasn't ready. They then kept his old phone (which actually did charge with a different cable) while they waited for his new phone to arrive. He was without a phone for 4 days. The media which they said would be transferred is not all present on his new phone. They told him that they keep his old phone as part of the deal. It feels like the salespeople saw him coming in terms of age and vulberability, did not give a reasonable service or a reasonable price. Deeply unhappy and will ensure I warn all friends and family away.

6 months on and I'm still not happy with my phone, I went in there to update my contract and I was sold a load of rubbish, I was sold a phone with no internet (unless I connect to Wi- Fi), no signal whilst I try to call people and I'm running out of storage on my camera. I also have some videos and songs which I purchased on my phone and even those, I often have trouble when I try to listen and watch them, cause often when I press the play button on my songs and videos they just will not PLAY..... So for the past 6 months I've spent plenty of money every month just for the sake of having a phone, I've gone into the shop and rang up Three explaining my issue but no one can be bothered to do anything about it. 😡😡😡 So guys don't be a dodo like I was, think before you go in there cause it's not a phone shop, it's just young guys, selling you a load of rubbish to make some money, WATCH OUT. In fact there shouldn't be a Go Mobile Shop in Nailsea seeing as the blokes who work/ worked there weren't/ aren't very nice people, have been/ are rude to customers.

Fantastic experience in store. I was bought out of my contract and given a better deal and a better phone. All of my data on my phone was transferred over and the team in the store completed the transfer of my number. Thank you!
