Good shop if you wish to top up pay as you go phones, but I personally have suffered unfair treatment because of complicated contracts.
I would have left them by now, if my contract was fair.
I seem to be under EE and 3 and have been charged too much from both, e.g. £60 plus bills, although I was meant to receive free calls.
There is too much hidden costs interacting with other phone companies and photos taken
I am very unhappy about the service, but feel I would be lost without the technology. 
I now unhappily tied to a expensive co tract for the next two years.
The reps in these shops promise to deliver a good service, but I have found there are hidden costs. 
I believe Tesco phone shop is a better option for most people, good service and very reasonable offers available.

Friendly staff, tried their best, but not able to compete with online deals.

Always a friendly face. Makes you want to go in there to buy something. Nothing is ever too much trouble. I have been with them for years and never had a moment's problem. Highly recommend them.
