The service they provide is terrible. They leave children waiting at bus stops for over an hour and a half and when you ring up for an explanation they say "the driver is thick and missed the bus stop" and then they put the phone down on you. Absolutely disgusting customer service and unfortunately they have the contract to take the children to school as I wouldn't let them on one of there buses ever again. Some very unhappy parents as they are late often for school due to there inability to work to a timetable.

Great bus service if you love waiting around in the cold, being late for everything and paying for the privilege of that. Buses are frequently late or will not show up entirely. Appalling.

Very comfortable seats, clean buses, friendly drivers- so much better than Arriva. Good customer service.
