THEY ALWAYS BACK THE GARAGE FROM WHERE YOU BROUGHT THE CAR FROM SAYING THERE ARE RITE UNLESS YOU CAN PROVE THEM WRONG OTHER WAYS WITH WRITEN EVIDENCE I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMEND THAT YOU REALLY THINK BEFOR YOU USE THIS FINANCE COMPANY AS THE AFTER SALES TEAM ARE PART OF THE SALES TEAM FROM THE GARAGE.ONCDE YOU HAVE SIGNED THE FINAVE AFREEMENT ALL THEY CARE ABOUT AND SUPPORT IS THE CAR SALES GARAGE WHICH IS PART OF THE SAME COMPANY AND THE SALES AND GARAGE IS ALWAYS RITE.I WOULD AVIOD THIS FINANCE COMPANY AND RATE IT AS THE WORST I HAVE EVER DELT WITH.

After 6 months of owning a car, I found out that the wheel hubs had the wrong bolts in, I was told I had to prove that I had never taken the wheels off the car. In 6 months the car I purchased for over £4000 had had the engine fall out (which I had to fight to get sorted with them), a constant engine management light (this was sorted but the dealership had not serviced the car properly), several other faults that it had been delivered with, a scratched windscreen, the car was filthy when I got it and had been driven with no fuel in it, the reversing lights would not work, nor would the heated rear window. The company would not take the car back, and I needed it to get to work and pick up my children.

Helped me when no one else would i thank you for all your help getting me a car. And the car is amazing and as helped me to get out again thanks guys and a happy christmas
