We are a family run and privately funded bridging lender based in Cheshire. We pride ourselves on personal service and you will be able to have direct contact with the underwriter. We have the advantage of the underwriter looking at each deal individually and basing their decision on a pragmatic and common sense approach with a ‘can do’ attitude.

We also have the benefit of an in-house Solicitor who will act for us to speed up the completion process.

We offer first charge bridging for both purchases and refinances for residential non-owner occupied properties, with loans from £37,500 - £300,000.

"We take a flexible approach to all our products and customers and will deal with clients needing anything from a simple bridge/refinance to a loan for a heavy refurbishment project where we can offer up to 100% of the purchase price and 100% of the refurbishment costs with additional security. Our loan terms are from 3 months to a maximum of 12 months."
