I have been shopping with them for the last 2 years and the best thing for me is the fact that they have all the parts in stock 99% of the time. They have a strict returns policy and its written on a big sign inside the shop. I dont know why people complain about being charged a restocking fee. 
Overall a good shop if you need the job done quick.

Misleading counter staff who sell you wrong boiler parts and still justify 25% returns fee when they gave me the wrong part.
Avoid this shop at all cost and try other shops who have ethics and morals. Business is not about shafting customers it is about retaining customers. GMS is a profit maximising company at customers expense.

pay A pro.
cheap skates go in buy a part  don't know they want  then blame the shop.

I went to return an unused domestic heat exchanger which i bought 2 days earlier. GMS deducted 25% from the refund due to me for taking it back. It was still in its original packaging. The guy behind the counter told me its their policy even though there weren't any signs displayed nor was it stated on the receipt.
This will be the last time I'll be using them!

em. I  opened the box gently.My boiler had a round one .They sold me a square vassel wich I didn't  used.I came back to their GMS shop but they  didn't  want to give my money  back becouse the box was opened. 
 I wander  if it was closed  they  shouldn't  open to check  what  is inside?
 Their "policy " is not telling  nothing  about opening the box.
 Now I  have to complain  them to CCPC.
 Carefully  to this shop!I will  never  buy again from them !
