I took my car to the Nissan dealership in Romford for service on July 2, 2024, arriving around 8:40 am. I parked in their under-building car park and handed my key to the reception. When I returned to pick up my car around 3:30 pm, I noticed a significant scratch on the front bumper on the driver’s side. This damage was not present when I brought my car in that morning.nnI gently asked the staff to check the car park cameras to verify if the scratch was there before their mechanic drove my car. Unfortunately, they informed me that only the manager could review the footage and refused to show it to me. Instead, they claimed that their mechanic had performed an eye check on the car's body before moving it.nnI do not believe the mechanic’s visual inspection was sufficient to accurately report the car's condition before service. I subsequently lodged a formal complaint by visiting the dealership and emailing them, but I have received no response. I am extremely disappointed and distressed by their lack of communication and accountability.nnI am requesting a review of the camera footage from July 2, 2024, around the time I arrived, to establish whether the scratch was present before their team took possession of my vehicle. This is a reasonable request to ensure fair handling of this situation.nnThe lack of response from the Nissan dealership in Romford has been highly disappointing, and I hope this review prompts them to address the issue more seriously.
The customer service I received is second to none. It is my my first time buying a new car so I was anxious driving it away for the first time. Aaron was really thorough and patient throughout the process from closing a deal through to driving away. He is knowledgeable about the car and its techies, and a good teacher too. Thank you Aaron.
I had a bad experience with this branch to have my car's regular service. Once they sent me the survey, I shared all the disappointing topics. Then after a week, a lady from customer service called to judge my feedback. She said that I am confused with the questions, I put comments wrong etc. It was really annoying conversation.nnMy aircon was not working, but their mechanic marked as working in good temperature. So I can understand how they are checking the car. They had offered a brake pad and disc change for 650£ while it is double than the normal price. Even though I told that I understand it is an approved dealership so could be slightly expensive, she started explaining me that they are paying for labor, ordering from nissan etc.nnIt is really bad that Nissan is in Glyn Hopkin's hand, and customer service Department has such an unpolite team.nnWho you are that calling me to judge my feedback with that kind of tone and attitude? Glyn Hopkin should answer this question first.
Poor service. For one issue, I had to go there for three days.nOn third day, I was told if you come early, my car will be fixed within two hours. I went there 7:30 in the morning. They said wait we will try to fix it as soon as possible.nAfter waiting for 3 long hours, I was told that there haven't even started working on my car. I spoke to the manager, Jimmy, who wasn't even apologetic. Blamed me for waiting for nothing.nExtremely shameless and senseless staff.nHorrible service
This my MG dealership and they do a good job in servicing. I have had no issues until now. Although parking the car for dropping off is too congested and tight. But the staff is very polite and prompt. Thanks.
