Tyrone was helpful from the first time we contacted him. He went out of his way to ensure we had the car best suited for us and gave us a very good deal.  Nothing was too much trouble for him. We never felt pressurised. So we truly recommend him.

Really positive experience with Pascal. He was so friendly and patient. Everything was so calm and we felt we could take as much time as we needed, think about it for as long as we wanted, ask as many and whatever questions. He really tried to understand our needs  as a family - and the whole Hyundai team welcomed and engaged with our 2 children who were with us which allowed us to relax and focus and enjoy the experience of looking for a new family car.nOnce we had purchased the vehicle the care and attention did not end there. The vehicle handover was so thorough and he adapted pace to us and allowed us to ask questions. He also came with us  for a little drive once he had handed over to guide us through the new technology and the move from manual to automatic so we were confident for our drive home. He has since checked in with us and the telephone calls are always pleasant experience!nThe whole team here were also very welcoming, caring and clearly all work together well to make sure the customer experience is spot on!

My daughter has been wanting a Santa Fe since they first came out. We went and visited Catford Hyundai and was greeted by Tyrone. Firstly we found him friendly and welcoming and was amazing with my young granddaughter made her a hot chocolate    Tyrone talked us through the car with such professionalism and made us feel at ease about purchasing the car and sorted everything out for us from start to finish. Bought a car on part exchange. They did not take over the battery lease, nor did they really help me get it transferred to the person they sold it too. After four months of running around I finally managed to do this. They told me they would compensate me for the four months it took for this arduous process to be completed, even after numerous chasing I am still waiting for my payment.
