I've had physio before on the NHS (not with Glossop Physio [GP]) and I was not impressed at all, and that pretty much wrote Physio off for me. But GP is far more experienced than I've seen before, he identified an issue that 3 other health professionals failed to (2 General Practitioners and an Osteopath). I've a long way to go, but I genuinly don't think I would have ever regained my fitness without GP's help, which, when you think about it, is pretty life changing!

Highly recommended! John is professional, understanding and willing to adjust to enable last minute appointments. John has helped me with a variety of sport related injuries as well as a long term hip injury through the use of sport massage and acupuncture. In addition, John has provided me with advice to prevent further injury and offered post half marathon muscle rehabilitation. A brilliant and friendly service!

John went out of his way after hours to help me out and fixed my back after a sustained work injury. Professional and knowledgeable, I cant recommend him enough. I will be back soon, thanks again!

I cannot recommend John enough, he is very professional, friendly and helpful. His innovative thinking and experience have made my recovery from a knee surgery successful. My recovery was not going well and I did not think I would be able to snowboard, but through the sessions with John, we built strength, stability and the confidence to trust my knee again. John addressed issues with my ankle that contributed to the pain in my knee which previous physio's had missed. This helped a lot and allowed me to progress successfully through my rehab. I am an amateur runner and have recently had a few lower back issues along with other niggles that come with running. John had delivered extremely helpful therapy sessions along with great rehabilitation advice which have produced great results. I have been able to push my training further and remain pain free doing so. John is extremely professional and knowledgable. I would recommend Glossop physio to any one in need.
