Friendly, funny and really good at what they do! Really spent the time to find out exactly what I'd injured and how to help, explained everything to me in a clear and memorable way. I'm now confident that I can do the proper rehab needed and that I'll be climbing without pain again soon (without completely stopping climbing in the mean time!) Would highly recommend.

Lynne is the best personal trainer. Been training with her for 5 years or so, all through a pregnancy too. Wouldn't go to anyone else. Excellent knowledge and fun sessions.

First visit after knee replacement surgery. Excellant knowledge of my physical condition and very appropriate treatment. I definitely recommend this.

Absolutely fantastic people and knowledge. Have looked after me for many years whilst training and support. Knowledge is fantastic and they will vary the work needed around my competitions. Very friendly and relaxed too.

Thanks to global therapies for injury advice on my ankle in the past and more recently for a pulled calf that I wanted some professional advice about before running an ultra. I choose global therapies as being runners themselves they know all about the frustration of being injured so thought they would be the best people for the job, and i wasn't wrong. There enthusiasm and knowledge is second to none, offering a very informative service and recovery plan that when explained makes perfect sense.
