Having been a Glevum customer for some years, I tried to set up a so-called 'Bronze' boiler service. and completed the Standing Order.  After more than 6 months, and having heard nothing from Glevum, I telephoned twice to enquire.  The first time (some 4 months ago) I was told they were behind with their admin and that it would be processed asap. The 2nd time (2 weeks ago) I was told they were reviewing their contracts not processing any new maintenance contracts.  I complained about their lack of communication courtesy and asked to speak to a manager.  I was told a manager would telephone me that day.  No phone call, so I phoned the next day and was given the same message.  Now, 2 weeks later, andhaving heard nothing, I am giving up trying to get any service from this firm.  What a shambles !!

My boiler would not start up after arriving back from holiday, telephoned Glevum at 8.30 am the nice lady said scene would be out between 9 am and 1pm.  The engineer arrived at 9.30 by 10am he had diagnosed the fault and was able to fix it there and then. He made sure his working area was clean and tidy before he left.  I was very pleased with the service. It's the second time I have used Glevum and found them to be very efficient.

I've had a boiler moved today.
The experience of dealing with Glevum staff was very good. The surveyor came on time and provided all the information regarding the scale of the job. The official quote was sent a few hours later.

The team that turned up today, first thing in the morning (at the exact time they were expected) was very efficient, professional and understanding of me nosing around. They were unusually enthusiastic and helpful. The price for the service was very competitive and they've provided the landlord's certificate at the same time. 

After the difficulties I've had with the British Gas, it was a pleasure dealing with Glevum guys. I hope they are as good with call outs, as they are with jobs like this one. 

I'd highly recommend them.

Glevum installed my boiler and the engineers and staff did an A1 job, many thanks to the team.

Cannot believe this company are still in business! 2 months on problem still not corrected. No one seems to know what they are doing, 4 different engineers later they still cannot seem to order the right part with constant excuses.
