BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE I am currently compiling my horrendous experience with EG Carters, The contract value of my work was approximately 5.5 million pounds, watch this review while i build up  detailed pictures and statements of the quality of workmanship they have produced on my Grade 2 Listed Manor House

Situation: my first floor shower leaked into my ground floor study.  Insurance company gave the repair job to E.G. Carter - rather an arrogant organisation who are very much blinded by their own processes and seem to have little sense of objective reality.
Result: poor communication and a disappointingly poor repair job.  After much upset "Richard" came out to assess the job, agreed it was poor and resolved the situation. Approach this company with caution.
