I attended a birthday party here on Saturday night there were at least 35 of us in the party. The meal we had was beautiful and served with a smile. There were no problems and no fuss everyone got what they ordered it was great. We all couldn't get over the staff they went over and above to look after us. I told Jimmy on leaving the restaurant he had a wonderful group of staff which he said he would pass onto them. The hotel itself was spotless and the entrance hall very cosy and welcoming. The bedrooms were very spacious and the beds very comfortable and clean. We had a really large bathroom which again was spotless. We all agreed we will be back.
Beautiful hotel....very spacious with lots of entertainment on offer. I got a family room, it was great! Spacious, clean, well equipped....even had a fridge. Breakfast was excellent! Everything was piping hot and so tasty. I would definitely recommend this hotel if staying in the Cookstown area
Called for an evening event hosted in one of the large rooms for Go Succeed the room was spacious and staff were helpful and friendly. The reception and foyer are beautifully decorated.
Really lovely hotel and facilities. Have had a couple of very enjoyable and relaxing breaks here and plan on having more. Food, breakfast, jacuzzi etc all top notch.
I recently had my wedding at the Glenavon House Hotel and myself, my husband and all of our guests, who came from all over the world were nothing short of impressed by this hotel and the team. Every single member of staff went above and beyond all weekend. Service with a smile was the standard and nothing was too much. It was a big wedding and a lot of people, but the hotel provided excellent service, the rooms were incredible and the food was excellent. I would recommend this hotel without reservation for a family stay, a weekend break, or a wedding. It has stunning grounds, and is in a lovely location, but for me the best thing about this hotel is the people. They are dedicated and they have a love for the hotel and their guests. My guests are still talking about it and would like to go again!nnI want to thank everyone for all their help and dedication during the weekend. It was exceptional. This hotel should be more than 3 stars, it is fabulous. X
