I would like to thank Alex and Chris for their help in selling our home, which wasn't an easy sale due to it be a different from the norm albeit in a lovely location. I know the hours spent on the telephone particularly by  Alex in encouraging viewings. Chris always kept calm despite my frustration at times. Well done to all and i would recommend them to anyone.

We were a buyer with RBB Hereford, Lucy Parry was the estate agent that dealt with us throughout the house purchase. Her knowledge, customer service or attention to detail, were second to none.
Throughout the process we were constantly informed of any change and updated regularly.  On occasions even before our solicitor informed us!
Lucy made a stressful and demanding experience of purchasing a house a genuine pleasure, thank you.

Got to give a massive shout out for Lucy at the Hereford branch. A breath of fresh air and how all estate agents should be. From the first visit to my new house right up to the purchase she was professional, personable and efficient (unlike your conveyancers, that's another story). Despite my often frustrated calls and emails, she was open, polite and patient. And, very importantly, she was honest too. This is how to sell a house, Lucy style.

What a pleasant surprise, different from other agents I have had dealings with, one who cares about his customers in particular Chris Kemp who was very knowledgable and an example to other estate agents

Throughout the duration of our house sale the staff at Russell, Baldwin and Bright were professional, calm, considerate, patient and understood my needs as a client. Chris in particular was always available to give feedback and communication was excellent. I would recommend Chris and Russell, Baldwin and Bright to anyone without any reservations.
