Negative personal experience, do not recommend. It takes time to take an appointment even a year in the case of the podiatry department. I requested my personal file for my visits feeling unhappy and disappointed by some ommitions made by the practicioner. If you have money to invest in your health it is better to go to a good private specialist it will save you time.
Do not join this practice. I had spent years at this practice before moving and the instances of malpractice and neglect cannot be counted. Seriously considering filing a report We have had multiple family members registered here and every single one has received awful service, highlighting Dr Grant and Dr Legget especially. If i could give 0 stars i would.
This practice is very professional. I have struggled for years to get health professionals to help me. Every staff member I have been in contact with have been compassionate and helpful. This practice listens to their patients and that’s the best thing you can do. The doctors and nurses here have actually changed my life, by listening and giving me the correct treatment. Registering at this practice was my last shot at trying to find a good medical practice then I was going to try private. I’m very greatful and even throughout this pandemic they have always made time to treat any health issues I have occurred. Very little waiting time and always made to feel at ease. Well done and thank you.
Dr Grant is a thoroughly unpleasant individual, who I believe has failed in his duty of care on multiple occasions. Aside from his medical ineptitude, he is devoid of basic good manners, and should remember that he is being paid to provide a service to the general public.
Every month I try to order my perscription, it's like pulling teeth out and fashioning them into Venis De Milos. It's a treat when I go to the website on a Monday, order my perscription and find it at my door by the end of the week. Other times, I have to call my Pharmacist to see if they even recieved my perscription more often than not they don't. And they'll always tell me that it's being sent off via 2nd class post after the mail was collected on Monday. It's such a p**s poor excuse that they have no system automation or anything for repeated perscriptions that can't be sent directly to my local pharmacist, this system NEEDS a revamp for all that's holy.
Goodness me, I cannot recognise the way some reviewers are speaking of this practice. I have found the service here to be of the absolute highest standard. Nothing is too much trouble and everyone goes out of their way to be helpful. Doctors, nurses, reception staff are all professional and caring. My situation means I use their services constantly and from my experience, I would award more than five stars! Brilliant.
I am a long standing patient of this practice. Over the years I have been able to rely on the expertise of the practice doctors and the very helpful and caring staff. I have nothing but praise for them. I have encountered very little delay in seeing a doctor at any time.
I am a 32 years old with tends to faint when hia blood its taken but i have to say that nurses Carole and Fiona makes me so relaxed and calm when i have been with them. Two great professionals that deeply care about us. I used to get anxious when going to take my blood but now i am going with confidence. A big shout out to Dr RIchard who helped the nurses as my veins are a bit difficult and he trasmited me confidence and relax as well. Great team. Ismael Benot
Great service - nice interactions in the waiting area, helpful staff and Dr Grant frequently takes the time to listen to all of my concerns and then methodically address each of them although I think I’m only meant to be there for one issue at a time I saw a review slating his people skills- and thought - I’m not having it - absoloute nonsense - he saw me on the canal once and took the time to say hello and used that reference of walking my dog on the canal as simple ways to break out of anxiety and depression in appointments following the exchange. It’s a nice touch - good people skills and a better doctor. I couldn’t be more grateful. He does forget the odd thing about me now and again - due to being human - and thats ok.
I have used this place for over 20 years and hope to do so for many more, I can't fault the surgery the Doctor's or the staff.
