Jim came and picked my family up from Glasgow airport. It was so great to meet someone who has the right child seats and is really focused on making sure kids are safe and comfortable in transit. We'll definitely use him again if we go back to Glasgow.
I travelled on my own from Sydney, Australia to Glasgow Airport arriving Christmas Day. John, my driver, was there waiting, even tho flight was delayed. He helped me with all my luggage, then drove me to Newton Stewart. He also collected me for return journey on 21st January. He went above and beyond and helped me to my room with all my luggage at the hotel in Glasgow, and the next morning collected me and took me to the terminal for my flight to Edmonton, Canada. He was friendly, courteous and very helpful. Also, Jim was great too in sending me emails and in phone calls, keeping me informed as to what was going on with all the strikes in UK at the time. What can I say - you can’t go past this company! Their service is exemplary, they are extremely helpful and obliging and are there on time! Reliable, professional and personal service. Jim made contact directly by phone and gave us the confidence we needed when arriving very late on a Sunday night. Even with a near 3 hour flight delay, Jim made sure we were picked up with a smile as soon as we were ready. Can’t rate more highly. Thank you.
An exceptional service from start to finish. On Sunday night I booked a cab to Glasgow airport for 8.45 on Monday morning. The booking was taken by a real person over the phone who was helpful and able to give advice, not possible with the usual automated system. The actual journey itself was everything you would hope for, the driver was there on time, he was polite, professional and helpful. The car was spotless and the journey was quickly and efficiently made. Just what you hope for and pay for. But what sets this experience apart was the friendliness , decency and quality of the driver. All this and when I tried to give him his well deserved tip he asked me to give it to somebody else who would really need it. We were almost speechless, we love Glasgow, it’s people and now our taxi driver. I could not recommend this business highly enough.
We used Glasgow Airport Cabs following our holiday in August I’ve been meaning to write this review ever since!. Glasgow Airport was chaos on the day we landed and taxis were scarce we needed to get to the train station for our onward journey home. I phoned Glasgow Airport Cabs and spoke to Jim Kilgour the owner. Unfortunately, he was fully booked and could clearly hear the disappointment in my voice we were likely to miss our train. Not long after Jim called me back to say yes juggled things around and would come and collect us! What a service! Costs were reasonable and Jim was just brilliant. He really got us out of a pickle . The taxi driver I got was amazing, long story short my dad was driving me to an appointment but his car broke down in the middle of the highway and I tried to call several taxi services but this one person was the only one that called me back and he was able to pick me up and bring me to my appointment in time, I’m forever grateful for him thank you so much, we had a lovely chat as well if you want to choose any taxi service I would 100% recommend this one.

I was let down by another company who said they had a child seat when I booked then on the day it turned out they only had a booster seat pad meant for older children. I contacted Glasgow Airport Cabs and they helped last minute. They provided the correct child seat and their service was very smooth, professional and personable. Definitely recommended for Airport Transfers in Glasgow.
