Absolutely amazing! Messaged via Instagram with video of my hair, also adding I felt urgh, fed up, anxious and wanted to feel like my old me. So a new style and colour would be needed. I received a message from Steph which got me excited and even through it was only a message she come across so positive and happy, straight away took my stress away. Only my first visit, but straightaway felt like I had been coming here all my life. All the girls were chatty and smiley. Couldn't have done anything more to make me feel so welcome and one of the family. 5 would advise anyone to come and see for yourself. Total value for money too. Thank you Steph and the other girls and also the other customers for honestly making me feel one of them.
I've dyed my hair at home and used the wrong color, ended up with hot roots, I know after 3 months when my hair starts to grow back, I would have 3 shades on my head, so tried to fix the first mess applying a dye off solution that did not solved the problem. That was when Steph and the Glamrock Girls came to my rescue and saved my hair. The Saloon has a exquisite decor with a happy, friendly and professional atmosphere. Thanks for the amazing job you did on my hair when I had no hope it would ever recover .

Absolutely love this place! Been going a while now. My family have a salon, but i like how steph, the owner does my hair. Girls are so nice and welcoming, i never want to go home through talking that much! wont go anywhere else now
Was very nervous about going as I dont usually go the hairdressers but so made up with my hair. The girls were lovely would deffo recommend to anyone. Just fab
Glamrock hair studio is the best hairdressers that I have ever been to. Steph and the girls treat everyone that enters as a friend, you don't feel uncomfortable and the conversation is natural . I recommend this hairdressers to anyone and everyone.
Went to get my hair cut and coloured here but when I got home found that the colour was done incorrectly, and have since had to pay to get it fixed elsewhere and have had to have it cut even shorter due to damage done by this salon. Messaged the salon first to give them a chance to fix it but was rudely ignored. Really disappointed as I spoke to them beforehand about what i wanted, and why i had to cut it, really made me feel awful, especially as a disabled customer. Additionally the salon did not conduct nor offer any form of patch test before lightening and tinting my hair. I have since been informed that this is illegal. They have offered no refund or action to correct their mistakes. - review also on fb page with picture evidence Update - since posting this review on their fb page, the salon decided to message me back, still with no accountability for their actions. Also would like to note for prospective customers that they intentionally use deceptive lighting to achieve the pictures of their work you see on the page, and that they use to show you of the back of your head. The colour is vastly different in natural light.
Rang them up yesterday to see if they could fit me in for a last minute appointment and they were so accommodating! The staff are a prime example of how scouse people are some of the friendliest in the world!
Always love coming here. Always welcoming. Bubbly atmosphere. It feels like a family. I love the styles and colours I get and walk out feeling satisfied
