I've dyed my hair at home and used the wrong color, ended up with hot roots, I know after 3 months when my hair starts to grow back, I would have 3 shades on my head, so tried to fix the first mess applying a dye off solution that did not solved the problem. That was when Steph and the Glamrock Girls came to my rescue and saved my hair. The Saloon has a exquisite decor with a happy, friendly and professional atmosphere. Thanks for the amazing job you did on my hair when I had no hope it would ever recover ❤️.

Went to get my hair cut and coloured here but when I got home found that the colour was done incorrectly, and have since had to pay to get it fixed elsewhere and have had to have it cut even shorter due to damage done by this salon. Messaged the salon first to give them a chance to fix it but was rudely ignored. Really disappointed as I spoke to them beforehand about what i wanted, and why i had to cut it, really made me feel awful, especially as a disabled customer. Additionally the salon did not conduct nor offer any form of patch test before lightening and tinting my hair. I have since been informed that this is illegal. They have offered no refund or action to correct their mistakes. - review also on fb page with picture evidence Update - since posting this review on their fb page, the salon decided to message me back, still with no accountability for their actions. Also would like to note for prospective customers that they intentionally use deceptive lighting to achieve the pictures of their work you see on the page, and that they use to show you of the back of your head. The colour is vastly different in natural light.
