food & drink variety was great, loved the menu, nice views of Cabot Circus if you sit outside. portion sizes weren't huge and staff were very rushed off of their feet. lengthy wait for food at lunch times and customer service seemed lacked and staff appeared unbothered. I would visit again but hope to receive better customer service
Went here with a group of 8 on Saturday evening without booking, very attentive and seated us all with no issues or real waiting time. Food variety is great and lots of cocktails to choose from. Service was fairly quick, however trying to get the bill and pay was quite slow and disorganised....

The service is premium. My son has lots of allergies and is incredible how they manage the attention to people who has particular needs. This is the only restaurant I feel safe taking my son to eat out.
Expensive for what it is. Portions were small and nothing special in terms of flavour. Seems like it's trying to do too many food types and not really doing any particularly well. If you're happy to pay £10-£15 for a main which is okay and want to still be hungry so you order a £5-£8 dessert, then I'd recommend Giraffe.
The restaurant is very clean and well decorated. However, I didn't really like the choices of food on the menu. We ordered a coke and a lemonade and they were flat when they arrived to the table too. Staff were friendly and brought us more drinks but sadly these were flat too. Food was a good size and not bad value.
