Lovely clean cafe. The food was excellent and the staff really friendly.

This was my first and probably last visit to this cafe today. I ordered a latte and a chocolate and orange scone. The scone was fruit and the latte was not very hot. When I mentioned this to the waitress. I was told that the coffee machine does not make anything hotter and the coffees do cool quite quickly - the kitchen had apparently told her that the scones were orange and chocolate. I don't really think was the service I expected when I walked in to try this attractive looking coffee shop

Giraffe employees were super helpful and accommodating. They spoke to the chef about vegan options they could provide for my husband and were happy to make something specially to suit dietary requirements. Great atmosphere, peaceful, with lots of space to relax. Will definitely visit again
