Normally really good food. But tonight was beyond disappointment. The food arrived late, it was cold and the curry was like water. For £20 I would have expected great food like what we have had from gills in the past! I have been a good customer but I won’t be ordering from them again. Disappointed is an understatement 🙁

Have had fish and chips from many of the highly rated places in Amble, Tynemouth, Roker etc. Without doubt Gills are among the best ever
