Staff so friendly and efficient and always make sure you are happy with your food and cannot do enough to make you feel at home. Pleasant and efficient,an asset to the Company. We always go for the meal deals which are good value,I love the Haddock plentiful and nice tasting. Nice seating sreas with nice views overlooking the pier and bay. Top notch Fish and Chippy with a good selection of different dishes. You do have to wait a little time as the fish is cooked to order but well worth the wait served with a lovely smile from my favourite waitress and piping hot food. Great fish great mussels in a very reasonable price.  Highly recommended

Wow. I've had to change from 5 stars to 1. Used to love this place, ate here regularly and recommended it to plenty of people. I'm sad to say I won't be back. Tonight was the worst service I've experienced anywhere. Took my disabled mother out here for a meal. The way we were treat by an older blonde haired woman was disgusting. No manners, no effort, just sour bitterness. If you don't like your job maybe you shouldn't work there? I bet there's plenty people who are better suited for the job. The woman honestly made me quite upset with the way she spoke to us. I will sadly never return.

Lovely fish and chips big portions, light crisp batter would also recommend the 2 person platter we travel up the coast from South shields it's that nice . . . .highly recommended

Lovely fish and chips in an ideal location. Reasonably priced and definitely worth it. Only downside is that it does get rather busy, but deffo worth the wait.

Went to Barnes Rounabout shop. Fish was piping hot and fresh but alas the chips were lukewarm and been out a long time. Spoilt our meal for five as had to throw chips away. Not money well spent on this occasion.
