Service second to none. Staffs very friendly and professional. They will help you as best they can, give options and guidance. I am very grateful. Not my regular chemist, but after my last visit, Gill chemist will become my main one. Well done and thank you to all the team.
These guys get better by the day. Lloyds pharmacy on Holyhead road has closed down. Everyone use Gill pharmacy instead. They deliver to.
The staff here are absolute darlings. Nothing is too much trouble and their approach is very professional. The opening hours are similar to most small independent places, it's a 9am to 6pm day Monday till Friday, with an early 2pm close on Saturday & closed Sunday... which is sufficient to be fair. I've never waited more than 10 minutes here for anything, Gills is well staffed so it is almost always possible to speak to whichever staff member you require, even the pharmacist on duty. One other thing I find helpful is that I have never had to deal solely with a locum pharmacist on any visit. There is always a 'regular' staff member on hand, and I have found this invaluable as I do require a number of meds at times, I'm giving them a full house of 5 because I have never received anything other than a 5 service.
Gill Pharmacy provides a gold standard service when it comes to putting patients first. If you want a professional and reliable Pharmacy who goes that extra mile, look no further. We would be lost without them.

Gill Pharmacy is on the top end of ROOKERY RD HANDSWORTH & is almost on the Corner. My personal experience puts this Local Pharmacy on the Top level of Delivering Outstanding Customer Service Every time. Inside the Pharmacy there Pharmacists readily available for. Advice and Guidance above All the STAFF ARE VERY POLITE, COURTEOUS, Professional & Considerate. GILLS ALSO HAVE REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS DELIVERY SERVICE WHICH IS EXCELLENT

We changed from Modality Church Lane because they were so incompetent, Gills is friendly and reliable, we don't need to worry about them messing up important medication.
