Such a good service! I went to the pharmacy about 5/10 minutes after their closing time although the doctor was still inside. I said it’s an important medication I need and Tahir has kindly helped me. I highly recommend this pharmacy!
I have used this pharmacy several times and have always experienced great customer service. The opening times are great and the availability of medication and feasibility to order is fantastic. Last night Tahir Rashid provided me with outstanding customer service, explaining to me how to use the medication and making sure that I knew how to store it and any potential issues. Thanks Tahir!
A few weeks ago I desperately needed medication. It was close to closing time and the pharmacist very kindly waited for me to get there. I actually do not know how I would have made it through the night without the medication and to have the reassurance from the pharmacist that he would wait for me to get there - I was so relieved. My local pharmacy. Very very happy with both the service I receive and the atmosphere in the pharmacy. Super helpful with advice, and my impression is that they're active in supporting new/trainee pharmacists, as I seem I'm old so it might be my memory to see different faces regularly. Short story long, I will hopefully be a patron until my need for medicines has passed.
I switched to Hyatt Pharmacy about two years ago, and I've never looked back. They are very courteous and polite. I usually phone them up to check on my medicines and they always help. Their extended opening times are great! And on top of that, they offer delivery! They've even delivered without prompting a few times when I didn't get around to going myself. This has been a lifesaver and extremely convenient. Thank you, Hyatt, your services are very, very appreciated.
Place is always prompt and on time and very polite staff always help u out when the GP messes up ya prescription . Saj is always prompt and always there to advise me on other issues help with my issues and minor problems
Brilliant pharmacy. Doctor ordered some medicine to be collected from another pharmacy but they didn't have it so I called up Hyatt and they said no problem, come and collect in 30 mins. Really great service. 5*
This place is not very friendly or welcoming when i entered this miserable place on a my 1st time visit around 5.30 pm a few weeks ago from this review. The girl behind the counter looked so disappointed in a judging way as i had a COVID mask on. That just turned me off right away. The Asian guy who maybe a Pakistani or Bengali with glasses on just kept smirking when I asked for a particular product which was out of stock. He showed absolutely NO professionalism or any consideration that i was a customer in need of help. I felt like saying something, but did NOT want to cause a scene. The shelves were stocked pretty well, prices and labels were too small to be read clearly. So I left disappointed with a horrendous experience. Will NOT be coming back here again even if a apology was offered. 1st time impressions count a lot where i stand from!
