Fast in taking payments, lack of action and unresponsive to telephone calls, almost 12 months and unable to finalize and close the account.

Lack of action and responsiveness. 

My partner instructed a conveyancing over four months ago and exchange has not happened yet. 

It is almost impossible to get a hold of anybody in the firm we some knowledge of the transaction.

My partner is now told by the buyer's solicitor that they cannot proceed with the transaction due to Giles Wilson Firm's lack of responsiveness and action. 

Avoid.
