This company is an absolute disgrace, they are unable to do the work they are instructed, (and paid) to do, they are unable to reply to their clients once they have the money, they even don't respond to a subject access request under the data protection act. The arrogance of this outfit is unbelievable. I urge any one to find an alternative to these charlatans.

I chose these guys last year to help me try and get access to my children after a break up with my partner and to be honest this is the first time in my life I have ever taken the time to write a review on google but I don't want anyone else being put through what I did and being ripped off so here it is. I found I was being massively  overcharged and mislead by a " junior member " called SAMEENA MANZAR who after taking £4000 off me in the space of 12 weeks as it is as she said PAYMENT HAD TO BE ON ACCOUNT for work to be undertaken, when I finally got to the end and said enough was enough I was sorting things out with my partner out of court luckily for me as I mentioned finances were tight so I said we would have to leave it at that. Somehow even though from DAY ONE when she said payment was on account and i put a £1000 down then a few weeks later she called and said I had to put another £2000 down for her to be able to undertake more work as the original £1000 had run out already ( she was Charging me £17 per email and sending about 4/5 a day! ) she manages to run up a bill for £1250 and has had her firm pester me for 6 months now and I have had to form an initial complaint. 

I am not going to sit here and rip into the business itself as that would be unreasonable but the employee that works for them please AVOID AT ALL COSTS

There is plenty more but I will be here all day so...

Remember the name SAMEENA MANZAR!!!
