Great place to have a family pub meal on a Sunday. The atmosphere is nice and waiters are polite ad helpful, and apparently you need reservation before you visit. However for me, even on Easter weekend they managed, really appreciated that.
Easter menu was nice, and seemed it was a good value for money. The dessert was really nice and yummy.
The salad bar is inclusive in your order, as usual for a Harvester, however the choices may have gone a bit slim since I last visited one sometime ago.
There is parking at the back of the premise, and they give a pound back from your bill, for a couple of hrs of parking. There is also a nice park nearby (just a short walk) called Raphael's park, so you can work your appetite before coming here!!

Nice place to eat.
You know it's not high end food.
But it's cooked well,and you come out feeling satisfied. Oh yes.
The food arrived quite quickly. Although i must add,it wasn't packed. Went on a monday night. I would imagine weekends you could wait longer.

Good pub grub, with the added visits of being child friendly. The activity books are super for the kids.
It's recently been renovated and looks much better than previous.
Would give 5* (in context) except that they don't have a great range of ales!

We thought we would come in for a family meal today at about 2 o'clock.
Restaurant has had a recent refurbish and looks very nice. We were quickly seated and ordered our food and drinks, 2 food dishes included spit roast chicken which is pretty much the main dish served in Harvester restaurants! Drinks arrived and we're told to help ourselves to salad items. We're about to start enjoying our meal only to be told 'I'm sorry but we have no spit roast chicken, would you like to order something else?
Unfortunately there was nothing else which took our fancy so had to decline and go elsewhere to eat instead. Poor display from such a large restaurant chain as well as having paid car parking fee for nothing.
A Harvester with no chicken!!!!!!!!! Come on, get your house in order.

My first time in a Harvester restaurant and it was as I expected. My steak was decent and service was polite and prompt. A good selection of food on the menu, including some good beers in cans and on tap.
