Turned up for tyre replacement appointment to be told there was not one, then eventually found it on the system to then be told the booking was for one tyre when it was actually for two. Once they confirmed it was for two, as two had been delivered. Then be told they could not honour the time confirmed and that they was unable to do the work and would need rebooking at a later date and left with them. Total shambles also very unfriendly and unapproachable. This is not good customer service at all stay well clear.Service: Tires

Honestly the most hassle free and helpful garage I’ve ever used, most garages don’t take the time to explain things to you but Andy was great and took the time to make sure I understood the problem and kept me updated. It’s such a relief to have found a reliable garage. Would highly recommend!
Great service, I phoned to book my MOT and got a slot to take my car in the next morning. MOT was done pretty swiftly. Staff particularly the man on reception were very friendly and welcoming. Over all good and simple experience.
Been taking my car here now for a while have no complaints car is always finished to great standards. I would highly recommend Giacones. Staffs very helpful.
