No one ever seems to answer the phone, have tried numerous times. I want a new phone, guess I will go elsewhere. Customer service shocking as usual. Bring back the old chap!
Was in Evesham & mobile phone decides to have a wobbly. Called in at “Get Connected” where ‘Adam’ helped sort the problem in a matter of moments. I was completely stuck without my phone, couldn’t use it for making payments and had lost all my contacts. Will definitely call in to see Adam when my next contract is due. Thank you.
Cam is the best, I wouldn't go anywhere else!
