I've been going here for years. From my 360 to my one. All my phones have been purchased here. Great prices. The workers are nice and helpful. I've only had one scratched disc but they gave me a full refund which is amazing. 10/10

I wouldn't buy from them as they hide there refund policy from you until purchase. Only then it will show you on the receipt there refund policy They only offer credit notes or exchange. The fact that this breachs your purchase rights you have the right to cancel a purchase and return to store for full refund under the sale of goods act. The fact that they have no sign in shop openly advising there refund policy shows they hide it. My advise street clear from buying or trading with them.

Sell on Ebay instead, these people have A) no idea what they are doing, B) they rip you off and selll  used items at near retail price. You can make 10x more money if you were to sell any item you have on Ebay or Amazon.
