I recently ordered a small 10 person buffet from Gert Lush. Couldn't have been easier. Ordered over the phone with lovely polite staff that explained all the various options. Everything is very reasonably priced and a great value. All dietary requirements catered for and very professional service, delivered bang on time! This place is a gem! Plus, look at those sandwiches!!
Gert Lush catered for a party of thirty. The food was fresh, beautifully presented and ample in quantity. Terrific value for money and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
We popped into Gert Lush Sandwich shop today for lunch. Lovely tall stools looking out onto the street Clifton. Two generous and delicious salad boxes I had tuna mayo, hubby had falafel and chicken & bacon and tea and coffee for just over £10! Will definitely be coming again. What value and what fabulous food, especially like the roasted aubergine. Thanks so much.
Every other day I visit Gert Lush for lunch - the owner, the staff are awesome. Everything is fresh and they make your food in front of you... Why would you get your sandwich from Tesco or elsewhere where it has been on the shelf a day or two.. Support hard working, local businesses and enjoy a fantastic lunch.....
Amazing place for lunch, the roasted pork bap with apple sauce and stuffing was lush and the bap was very generously filled. Definitely better value than Tesco/Co-op or any of the nearby coffee shops, if my office was any closer to Clifton Village I'd make this my regular lunch spot!
Gert Lush supplied the food for a celebratory picnic. Birgitte could not have been more helpful in making sure we had exactly what we wanted. The food was delicious and there was plenty for everyone. Thank you very much Gert Lush, we had a wonderful day!
This is the least pretentious place in Clifton to get some fair priced, honest, quick and easy grub. I get a jacket potato from here regularly. They get a lot of trade from local builders etc because they have a great selection of food from Bacon Sandwiches, Panini's with a huge choice of fillings, salads, Lush smelling roast pork baps etc. The counter is always kept clean and the food looking fresh. The staff are indeed 'gert lush' and remember what I like when I call ahead if I'm in a hurry. So much better than going to Tesco to get some manky sarny. I recommend this place 10000 x over to everyone. Mostly the Jacket potatoes because they are always so yummy and fluffy! Come here if you like honest food at a fair price rather than a Quinoa & kumquat salad & a de-caf soya twattychino from an over-priced deli! X
The roasted pork bap is so delicious and very cheap! All the sandwiches are made with fresh ingredients, you can create your very own sandwich, also very friendly staff! Defintely a place to go.

Just had the most lovely, much needed rolls and drinks at this spotlessly clean cafe. Literally just what the doctor ordered.
