Lovely pub. Very polite service. Hubby had fish and chips, which was plentiful. I had the special ravioli which was lovely but only 6 pieces of ravioli?! For £11.95 Even I thought this to expensive. Don't get me wrong I'm not a huge eater but even this wasn't enough for me. It tasted good but just need to be more.

Hadn't been for a while. We went for a birthday meal on a Sunday. It was great that as well as Sunday roast they also run the main menu, so there was plenty of choice and the food was lovely. I'd definitely return

Had tapas in the restaurant and it was delicious. Plenty of choice and good value for money. Will definitely be back.

We were visiting Oxfordshire and purposefully drove from Woodstock to this restaurant after reading the menu and reviews. They were just about to stop serving food but accommodated us anyway and we were so impressed!!! The Sunday roast beef was incredible and the accompanying cauliflower cheese was the best I have ever eaten!!! The wine was great and unfortunately we didn't have time for dessert. All staff were friendly and helpful. Overall a wonderful dining experience!

Lovely atmosphere and very pleasant staff. Good beer selection and house red very drinkable.
