Reviews
They insist you fill out an order form rather than take the order number. They want me to do all the paperwork. Then I order, and they lose the order. Then when I contact them, items now out of stock, they did not contact me, on the email address or phone number I provided. I now can't get the equipment I need for an expedition in time. So I ordered from Amazon instead, better products, faster despatch, cheaper. Geopacks will not be in business now for long, I suspect. I will not order from them again.
Very Poor customer service. Extremely unreliable for delivery of scientific equipment. ... to Geopack reply below ! no refund was issued , a gesture of which I asked for of €30 was given off my €300 order. !! The order arrived 2 months late after several chasing phone calls . Pls don’t mislead by saying you issued a refund !!!!
