Bob really does come second-to-none! I desperately needed an engineer to attend my elderly father's home in Llandudno last Sunday to repair his central heating boiler. Bob came out, at very short notice, and rapidly carried out the repair for a very reasonable price! Most impressed! Thank you!
Bob came to us on a Sunday after our boiler went up in smoke, he fitted us in on the Tuesday. Amazing service from start to finish, amazing workmanship and work of art how the pipes were arranged. Attention to detail. I only have good things to say about Bob
We had our boiler breakdown during lockdown and it was on weekend, contacted them and they came very quick to repair and our old boiler is 10 years old which give problems in future so we decided to go for brand new, he quoted good price with 10 years warranty and fixed new one quickly. Very reliable service, I strongly recommend to everyone.

Extremely poor business/tradesman practice. We woke up to our water supply cut off because he's doing works to upstairs flat, but couldn't think to knock on our door to locate individual apartment stopcocks. Instead, he's turned the supply off from the street that serves all households!! Unbelievable. He's now unwilling to use the individual stopcocks midway through work, understandable, but still unacceptable situation. How would he like it if this happened to his family without warning? Have reported to Welsh Water. No heating and still awaiting resumption of water supply after 3 hours. He's also trespassed our back garden putting a ladder up to the top flat, leaving used parts and cement debris on our back step. Beware using this company. Not professional.
