The receptionist was great at contacting me about any cancellation appointments that were available so that I could have an earlier appointment than the one scheduled. This was really helpful and meant I had my treatment two weeks earlier.nThe dentist and her assistant were very professional and I felt very safe in their care. I'm extremely nervous about having dental treatment but they were both very good and efficient and the treatment was as painless as it could possibly be.
Great treatment from the hygienist.nAs well as cleaning my teeth to a high standard, she talked me through what to do to improve my dental hygiene and was very patient and reassuring throughout the treatment.nAlways made to feel welcome at Genix, even though I'm an NHS patient.
I've never been one to be bothered about dentists but after my experience here that's changed things. My check ups where fine, friendly staff. Had to have teeth extracted Ive never felt pain like it. Let's just say the numbing did not work and I told her I was in pain while doing it she didn't stop and continued to pull it out it was a tricky extraction. I felt sick and dizzy going through it. I was in instant agony and all the way home 30 minute drive I was in tears. The dentist did not have any pain relief for me. She asked the receptionist and they just seemed to shrug when they asked if they had any I am on day 3 and still in constant agony. I am taking all sorts of pain relief and nothing seems to be working. I have since been to another dentist and had to pay more. To be told I have a fracture to the tooth next to the extraction and an infection. I am on 2 lots of antibiotics I am now going again for the second time as I am still in so much pain. Not sleeping eating or drinking. I am so annoyed by the way things where handled I should of never of been put in that much pain. Will not be re visiting this dentist
I think these guys are great. I needed an emergency filling and they got me in as soon as they could. The staff are friendly and helpful and the dentist I saw see is lovely and puts me at ease.
Very friendly I've had a fear for a long time .nQuick efficient and very clean tidy and very professional.nJust wish took on NHS so I could have confidence smile once more so will be looking. Into a plan so I can retrieve this many thanks deena and nurse thank you
