First appointment at the hull practice was an hour late because the dentist was late back from lunch. I was referred to another genix practice (Market Weighton) that did implants. Arrived for this appointment to find the Hull genix hadn’t sent my x-rays over so I didn’t get the outcome expected from that appointment. Had another appointment booked, turned up for that one to be told there wasn’t an appointment booked for me even though it was written on the card, really pleased to have taken unpaid time off work! I complained and was told it would be looked into... have I heard from them in regards to them messing up? NO!! Still waiting for my treatment plan to come through... good job I’ve gone elsewhere where my treatment began immediately! When you’re paying for private treatment this kind of service is unacceptable... Not to mention they told me I would need two teeth removing and dental implants, costing several thousand pounds when this isn’t actually the case, problem solved by a root canal!!

The place was clean, spotless in fact. The dentist was courteous and professional and I had faith in his capabilities. I've only had one visit for the purpose of an emergency appointment and to register as a new patient but came away thoroughly impressed, despite having rode a motorcycle there for 15 miles in torrential rain and trailing dripping water all over the surgery but they were very understanding!

A very friendly practice and easy to make an appointment. Dentist thorough with comprehensive explanation of treatment plan and choices. Large light and airy room with no feelings of clostrafobia. My whole extended family now registered at this practice.

Friendly staff from receptionist to dentists, and great appoinment reminder service. Only downside is the limited hygienist appointments. Otherwise would highly recommend.
