Waited an hour, yes 1 hour to be put through to the next available “agent” then I hung up frustrated & annoyed listening to “your call is important to us”  Yeah right! Not good enough. You are accountable to no one, which is why you get away with this lack of respect. Only the good  people in the UK put up with this appalling service,  throughout NHS.  It’s a good job the dentist is v good or I would leave.

Had a very bad experience with one of the receptionists. I was running late, and as I entered the building at 4pm on the 1st of March for my GP appointment, the  receptionists I didn't immediately realize they were the dental practice' ones were the first people I saw. I then simply asked where to find the self check-in machine, only to be replied by the receptionist with black hair and pink/red uniform very rudely and in an unnecessary very aggressive way that that was the wrong reception. Of course that was my mistake, but still there's no justification for such an unprofessional behavior. Should you need more information about this unfortunate event, please do not hesitate to contact me.

I rang for an emergency appointment and was told to ring their partner dentist in hull, hull told me obviously I have to be registered with them, my dentist would of known this as they wouldn't see someone not registered with them, so I rang back and they said they can't give me an appointment, not even in a week, then she told me to ring 111 and lie to them saying I'm not registered with a dentist. She didn't try to help

Excellent treatment. Highly recommend.

Have a low opinion of this place, after being taken off their register for not going, this was during the COVID pandemic.

6 week wait for a treatment slot. They said their were taking on new patients when they can't handle their current number of patients.  Terrible parking, nice staff.

Really friendly staff, no messing about with procedures, they thoroughly explain everything and make you feel at ease.

Very caring and professional service looked after me great as I have a phobia of dentists

I was so scared of having my tooth removed and I had no need to worry like I did  I was looked after so well from start to finish and it wasn't as bad as I thought the dentist was so caring thanks to everyone

Brilliant staff, very professional and friendly.
