Love this shop, it’s beautiful inside and the people are lovely.

My Family and I were treated so badly in this so called retail establishment.......My son of 5 years picked up a souvenir to show me,only to have the most abusive aggressive manageress I have ever had the misfortune to meet,order me to tell him to put it down.....I was so shocked and taken aback.......my son got upset....But that did not stop her......To my horror she said "obey the rules or leave".......Obviously I walked towards the door as I just wanted to get out of there......I didn't want this to ruin my holiday?Maybe she took exception to our Irish accents???? I don't know.......Her behaviour was disgraceful and I have contacted the Welsh Tourist Board Also,such is the depth of my feeling about this......A horrible experience!!!!!!........
