Very family friendly venue. Spacious and easily accessible for wheelchairs. There's a large play area for the kids letting the parents have a little time out though keeping an eye on the kids. Very good menu choices and good quality food. There are several beers to choose from including local real ales. Plenty of car parking and right next to the A65 giving access to Leeds/Bradford or out into the stunning Yorkshire Dales.😊

Booked table to meet good friends here today and although very busy food came out in a reasonable time, was delicious and the waiter, waitress and lady behind the bar were very friendly and helpful.. very happy with 5* with food, staff and atmosphere. Thank you, Erica Craven

This is our local pub and we visit here frequently, just your standard pub food, good quality and a friendly service. However there is always a 40-50 minute wait for food every time we visit whether it be during the week or on a weekend and it is quite disappointing. Despite the wait on food, it is a brilliant pub and always a cosy atmosphere!

Ordered medium well sirloin steak came was so tough you couldn't cut mine or sister in laws, waiter took them back brought 2 more after 10 min as so rare blood oozed all over. They compensated by free dessert, certainly won't repeat.

Service got a bit slow later on in the afternoon as the pub got busier. Food was good, hot, well presented. Staff good. Weak vegetarian choices on the menu.
