Excellent central location and free car park. Clean and well stocked. Good ranges of fruit and veg and flowers but all a bit pricey .Congested aisles at peaks. Helpful staff. But so few means a shoplifter's paradise, if you care to watch as well as shop.nNice wide self service tills.
Very good food product. Suitable for all dietary needs. They do wooden cutlery so its compostable.
Lovely, helpful staff. Some interesting ready meals, gorgeous puds and I rarely buy fruit and veg anywhere else, the fresh food is delicious. Nice breads too. Can get very busy on a Friday and Saturday.
Visited this store and whilst deliberating over whether to purchase some bottles of water was approached by member of staff. I was accused of behaving suspiciously! I was on verge of making an official complaint or contacting Police but I thought they had better things to do. I complained to the Manager but was met with blank expression. I received no apology thereafter despite being quite upset .I was a regular customer at this establishment but no more. The level of customer service was well below standard and unfortunately a disgrace on this occasion.I have boycotted this branch as a result. What a disgrace.
Laughing assistant when I said I was dyslexic and couldn’t easily read t’s & c’s…on a voucher and could it be explained…is toxic and the appalling attitude was compounded by the manager who immediately jumped to their defence…own your failings instead of excusing bad attitude this only exacerbates wrong doing, nothing within a conversation sharing issues with a disability could evoke laughter…dyslexia is a disability not “my problem” as I was told by said staff member…such attitude is toxic and disrespectful…your only USP IS CUSTOMER CARE…this left me feeling very upset and depressed at the insensitivity of a mature woman in retail who should know better…
