The prices are good and the merchandise is fine but they are not to be trusted. Not because they are dishonest but because they are utterly and completely disorganised and chaotic. They are a shambles. If you leave anything with them or agree anything make sure you get all the details of the terms you agreed in writing or record a video to your phone. If not, they are likely to forget what they promised and it will not be in your favour! Your only hope of getting any resemblance of reasonable customer service is to hope that the assistant called Paul or the Saturday girl serves you.

Took four ring's in to be repaired, two had stone's missing, other's had come loose. All ring's repaired and new stones. Great quality repair, ring's cleaned and looking great. Reasonable price's too. Great shop. Thank you.
Great service, great price. Can't believe I have been paying £21 for a few years to have a battery replaced in my watch at White Rose shopping centre. Just had one replaced today at GEM T in Farsley.......£5.95 !!! I won't be visiting the watch repairs at White Rose again. It really does pay to shop local.
Absolutely fantastic service. Really friendly people, fast service. Picked up my necklace today that they beautifully fixed for me you cant tell it has been repaired it was even cleaned and I was lost for words. I will definitely go back if I ever need jewelry repairs and highly recommend

Had my wedding ring cleaned and engagement ring cleaned and re rhodium plated. Fantastic customer service, and excellent value for money. Both my rungs look like brand new. Would highly recommend.
Repaired my necklace and did a great job and very reasonable price. Lovely staff. Will definitely return soon to get my white gold rings replated.
Great service as always bought batteries for two watches. They also mended the safety chain on one at no extra cost. Thank you
