Always a busy station with many exist
I used their services for 3 times, had my trains cancelled for 2 times. When it works, everything is good but if you are paying for something, you expect for a proper delivery. This was the last time for me to use their services.
Not worth the money: super slow, it frequently stops for several minutes, expensive. Take the normal trains instead as they'll take almost the same time 33min vs 30min GE, GE not worth the premium fee.
Expensive, no seats, and despite the name slow. As I type this on the train, standing up next to the door along with 10 other people, we were just passed by a regional. Actually there goes another. And another. We’ve moved about half a mile. Nightmare. You’re probably better off paying less on a regional train.
20 mins delay on a Sunday
Easy, no problems getting where i need to be!
Very comfortable. The fastest there is to get to Victoria St. It does not make intermediate stops and takes 30 minutes to cover the 40 km. The price is somewhat higher than other means of transport but if you are in a hurry, it is undoubtedly the most recommended.
Deplorable service and customer service. The train was delayed for more than 15 minutes and when I made the claim supposedly there is minimal compensation the response was that I would have gone to another platform to catch another train with the same destination Victoria, a very sensible option and comfortable when one is loaded with a backpack and two 25 kilo suitcases.
