Bought a car at a great price. Felt comfortable and no pressure. We were able to take the car for a good test drive, went on the motorway and given the time to have a good look around. After sales service was amazing. A few little issues with the car that were sorted at my convenience and at no cost to me. Genuinely nice people which is rare in this industry. Thank you.
Bought a car from Andy and noticed some issues within the first week. Andy couldn’t have been more helpful if he tried. Answered my calls on his day off, booked a trip to the garage to look at the issues without hesitation. I ended up taking the car back and got a full refund. I am always hesitant with car dealers and mechanics as it’s easy to take advantage, but Andy was honestly so helpful and honest. Andy doesn’t mess about! I’d go back to Andy in a heartbeat and have already recommended family and friends to him even though I didn’t take the car. Thanks for being an honest dealer!
Really pleased we made the effort to drive to Liverpool from Preston to view the C1 Gateacre were selling. Lovely car at a very competitive price and Andy was fantastic, no pressure was applied and Andy was supportive of all of our requests. Went to look at a car at Gateacre, for my wife, Andy introduced himself passes us the keys and left us to look around the car with no sales pressure, very helpful, we took the car for a test drive again no pressure selling. We bought the car, Andy agreed to deliver the car to Cumbria. I will certainly use Gateacre again even though it’s a 2 hour drive from home. Thankyou for a really pleasant transaction.

Just wanted to leave a review, I had already had my finance in place but was struggling to find a car I really wanted. I spot the car I wanted on auto trader. Andy was happy to work with the finance team for me. There was a few issues with them but I couldn't fault Andy at all he went that extra mile helping me get the car I wanted and help out so much. I am writing this in behalf of my son as they did not take him seriously, they treated him like a little kid. I do not recommend this seller my son bought a car 6 months ago worth 15.5 thousand on a loan. The gearbox was broken. The seller insisted that everything was fine At first Andy  he ignored his  calls etc And I have the impression that because of my sons age. He is 20 years old and was not taken seriously. It was supposed to be a warranty but it didn't after all the time wasted we sold the car and only lost on it, so if you want to invest in this garage, think carefully.
I had been looking on line for a second hand car and saw a Kia Venga at Gateacre Motors. I decided to go and have a look at it, so I drove over from Runcorn and glad I did. The car exactly matched the on line description. What I liked about the experience was I never felt pressured into purchasing the car, even though I did. Small businesses need all the support the public can give and I believe this Gateacre Motors is one such business.
