The battery to my digital safe ran out and as is often typical the override key has been put somewhere so safe I couldn't find it. Eckersall were able to reassure me whilst in panic mode because my driving licence and passport were in it that the safe could be opened. Sadly they couldn't do it that day but did it the next available day convenient for me. Excellent service

Garry the locksmith that came to fix my front door was a breath of fresh air ! He came to do his job honestly and to the best of his abilities and certainly went the extra mile ! He also gave me some good advice regarding my back door rather than bad advice to get the work . It's nice to see someone put some love into what they do ! Well done and thanks again !!!!!!

Went to have a couple of new keys cut, great service, staff friendly and helpful quite a good selection of security related items for buildings there as well at what looked reasonable prices.

Very pleased with the service here. They fixed an antique brass lock and made a new key , perfect !

Quick & Efficient,lock done & gave us 3 keys,about £84.00...

Managed to lock myself out of the house. Called Eckersalls, had a locksmith attend within 20min. He had me back in within the hour. Should I manage to lock myself out again I would absolutely call Eckersalls again as my first choice. Excellent service and very reasonable rates!

Knowledgeable friendly staff and fair prices

Great service from very knowledgeable staff. Nothing was too much trouble sorting out keys for my 40 year old mortice lock at a very reasonable price.
